German - Mein kleines Pony
These top three stickers were packaged with Italian ponies sold in Germany.
They included the Firefly sticker with Pegasus ponies, the Moonstone sticker with Unicorns and Posey sticker with Earth ponies.
I don't have any information about the others. They're flat paper stickers.
I'd guess one sticker was produced to go with a whole set of ponies and I'd imagine there would be more out there somewhere.
If you have any information about them I'd love to hear from you.

Spanish and Mexican - Mi Pequeno Pony
I don't know much about these stickers. All I do know is that Espumita came with Spanish Fizzy.
If you can help with any more information I'd love to hear from you.
*Now divided into sets thanks to information from Upthehill.

South Africa
Prima Toys ("South Africa's No1") appear to have held the overseas rights to My Little Pony in South Africa.
Normal releases from the UK were also sold in South Africa but I don't have information about exactly which sets this would have been. Someone found MOC ponies from later years, such as Baby Ballerina ponies, in a shop just a few years ago.
This sticker appears to have a title of "My Little Pony" and a subtitle of "Baby Pony." I also think I can make out "PRIMA" under the image of the orange earth pony, who I would imagine to be Butterscotch.
Describing the sticker Ashlyne wrote "The whole South African sticker (not just the round part) is approximately 2.75 inches square (or 7cm). It's flat paper, much like some of the German and French stickers we've seen."

Stickers on plastic
These unusual stickers have been a mystery for a while but thanks to SaveThePonies the origins have been uncovered.
She found the white unicorn in with a MOC Italian Applejack on French card as shown below. She also knows of a Parasol sticker which is MOC also with Italian Applejack.
Each is the same size as a regular sticker but is printed on clear plastic.
If anyone has any more pictures or can add to their origins I'd love to hear from you.
